Yellowstone, 1977
Judging from these two J. Schmidt photos of the parking lot at Yellowstone National Park‘s Old Faithful, snapped sometime in 1977, the mid- to late 1970s were a golden era for the pickup bed-mounted slide-in camper. Also, aerodynamics apparently never crossed the minds of the designers of slide-in campers. What do you see here?
