You know, all but the last three minutes or so of this 1976 short film (for driver’s ed classes? an after-school special?) makes joyriding seem innocuous. All to give a little more impact to the ending, we suppose. Found on USAutoIndustry’s YouTube channel. Carspotters, what do you see here?
