Wall, South Dakota, 1970s

In response to our recent carspotting photos of Wall Drug in Wall, South Dakota, John Lloyd posted his copy of the above photo of Wall Drug sometime in the 1970s, which leads us to believe that about once per decade the Hustead family climbs atop the row of tourist traps across the street to take a fresh photo of the Wall Drug parking lot to use in promotional materials and postcards for the next 10 years or so. If that’s the case, then there should be similar photos from the Thirties, Forties, Eighties, Nineties, etc. floating around out there. What do you see here?
