Where exactly Roger Wilkerson found this photo of a traffic jam that he calls “The Tuesday Commute,” he didn’t reveal, and without that metadata, we don’t have a clue as to where it was taken (those license plates are too indistinct to offer any real help). Of course, we can take a stab at when by examining the ages of the cars in the photo, so tell us what you see here and when you think this traffic jam took place (aside from a Tuesday, that is).
