Watch as the slicks ripple under Jeff Lutz’s Drag Week-winning Camaro and Magnus Frost’s Opel Ascona — or Greg Trappnell’s three-wheeling Holden Monaro slink through thee 6o-foot beams.

It’s wild to see how much is going on during a launch. Different classes and suspensions behave in different manners, and exhausts pound the outside world with fuel, oil, and fury. Drag racing is kinda beautiful, if a bit brutal at times.
