Six Degrees of Automotive Separation – Morgan
Okay, so after months of presenting the Hemmings Six Degrees of Automotive Separation Challenge, we’ve distilled out a formula for success. Obviously, the fox-and-hound type game is more popular than the traditional format. The jumping-off point for the fox-and-hound games are key, however – can’t be too obscure a company (*cough* Bacon *cough*), but choosing one of the half-dozen global companies makes the challenge too simple. Fortunately, there’s plenty of not-too-obscure, but not-very-globalized companies in automotive history. Like Morgan.
So if you’re a veteran of the game, you know what to do. If not, it’s simple: the first person to respond here suggests a company to link to Morgan in six degrees or less. Whoever can link those two companies gets to suggest another company to link to Morgan, and so forth. As always, a degree of separation between two companies consists of one owning the other or one using the other’s parts.
UPDATE: Timothy Wade fiendishly suggested Mercer.
