SIA Flashback – Hollywoodie! 1949 Cadillac Seventy-Five

It’s always hard to swallow the stories that get told about coachbuilt Cadillacs; wagons and woodies seemed to be favorites of external coachbuilders during the 1940s and 1950s, and so many of the stories come with little documentation. Arch Brown, however, appears to have done his research on this 1949 Cadillac Series 75, bodied by Maurice Schwartz for MGM Studios and later abandoned and rescued, as told in SIA #143, September 1994.
