Seattle, 1973

Given that the April 1973 photo that Rob Ketcherside found and posted to Flickr was originally taken for a real estate company, that the hospital that now surrounds the location of the photo – Marion Street and Boren Avenue in Seattle – appears to have been under construction at the time, and that the parking lot shown here is no longer, we’d have to presume that somebody was scouting this corner to buy or sell or broker. What do you see here?
