Seattle, 1962, part 3
Most early 1960s photos from the Seattle Municipal Archives have something to do with the World’s Fair or the Space Needle or the Monorail, but here we’ve found a typical street scene on SW Spokane Street, looking southeast toward Pigeon Point, if we’re to believe the commenters on Flickr. That would mean this entire block has long since been bulldozed for a freeway. What do you see here?
