Scotia, New York, 1960s
Thanks to reader Jack Shea, today’s carspotting comes rather close to the Hemmings backyard with a shot of Jumpin’ Jack’s Charcoal Pit and Twin-Freez in Scotia, about an hour away from Bennington. Looks like it’s been consistently busy since it opened in 1952, which makes for great carspotting. Hopefully there’s similar photos of Jack’s from throughout the years out there waiting for us to discover them. In the meantime, what do you see here?
