We couldn’t not repost this parking lot scene recently posted on Shorpy with little clue as to when/where it was taken. The Shorpy-ites managed to find a location – the O’Neil Bros. service station across the street was at 1301 L Street in Sacramento, so the parking lot is located on what are now the grounds of Capitol Park where the Hyatt Regency Sacramento stands. As for the date, they’re going with 1955. What do you see here?
