That parking garage we saw in our most recent look at Portland, Oregon? Built in 1966. We know that thanks to this November 1966 photo we came across on the Portland State University archives, showing its SW Broadway facade. And even though it’s not yet finished in this shot, it seems to be in use, showing just how desperate PSU was for parking at that time. What do you see here?
