Official: Grid 2 brings back Demolition Derby in free DLC

Grid 2 players, get ready to rumble (in a good way). Due to popular demand, game developer Codemasters is now offering Demolition Derby mode as a free download. Originally available just for Grid, the popular racing video game’s predecessor, this DLC takes players to Detroit Demolition Derby Stadium, where they can choose from two track configurations featuring collision-inducing crossover jumps. It includes the Jupiter Eagle Ray Mk 5 Demo Derby car, along with several customization choices, and can be played in single-player or split-screen mode and in up to 12-player online races.

Demolition Derby mode, which was one of the most requested features from the Grid 2 community, is available for download on the Xbox Live online entertainment network for Xbox 360, Steam for Windows PC and PlayStation Network.
