New York City, circa 1969, part 2

Apparently from the same batch of slides that Impounded recently bought at auction, this overhead photo appears to depict a New York City parking lot, circa 1969. It could be a car ferry as well, but with the cars all facing different directions, that’s probably not as likely. What do you see here?
