Man, what does it take to get the streets plowed around here? One would have thought that New York City’s Department of Sanitation would have been better able to plow at least Madison Avenue – shown here between 97th and 96th streets in a John Albok photo shared by the Dirty Old 1970s New York City Facebook page – but it appears they had better things to do that day. What do you see here?
