Given that this photo reportedly shows the traffic jam that resulted on the grand opening weekend of the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge, we can fairly accurately date it to November 1964. As to where exactly the photo was taken, we’re going to presume the photographer was on the Brooklyn side of the bridge, specifically at the exit 4 overpass on the Belt Parkway. What do you see here?
