FYI, guys, that’s an on-ramp, not a boat ramp. Actually, based on the signage and on the description of the above photo provided by Dave S. on Flickr, this photo was taken right on Interstate 95, not an on-ramp, but hey, let’s not allow facts to get in the way of humor, shall we? Props to anybody who can float an ID on the center-lane cruiser, but the rest of us are probably a little more interested in the cars trying to avoid it. What do you see here?
