Mentor, Ohio, 1956

All we know of the date for this photo of the parking lot at Mentor Headlands Beach State Park in Mentor, Ohio, that we found at Cleveland Memory is that it was taken in 1956, but judging from the packed lot, it had to have been one of the hottest days of the year. Despite that, we only see a couple convertibles with their tops down. What do you see here?
