More bridges? How many of them are there? Ronnie Schreiber over at Cars in Depth forwarded a couple photographs of the huge celebration surrounding the opening of the Mackinac Bridge connecting the lower and upper peninsulas of Michigan in 1958. We already knew about the 83 1958 Oldsmobiles that participated in the celebration, but a number of other cars participated in the parade as well, as we see from a small gallery of photos at the Mackinac Bridge’s website, a few of which we included here.
