Littleton, New Hampshire, 1960

It looks like an early spring came to Littleton, New Hampshire, in 1960, judging by the April 6 date that comes along with this photo that hemidave recently posted to the ForwardLook.net forum, showing the town’s Main Street looking west: The trees seem rather filled out, there’s no trace of snow on the ground, plenty of windows are flung open, and the cars all appear to have been washed of their coats of winter grime. Either that, or hemidave uses European date standards and this is the fourth of June and you can ignore everything I wrote above. What do you see here?
