We’d have run this circa-1980 image of Jones Used Cars at 1335 Manheim Pike in Lancaster, Pennsylvania (which we found on Alden Jewell’s Flickr photostream) as part of our Lost Dealerships series, but Jones appears to still be around, doing just fine, in the same location, so let’s make-believe we were shopping for a used car. What would you drive home, today-no-money-down-easy-payments-we’ll-even-throw-in-a-scented-tree, off the Jones lot? Personally, we’d be circling around the back to see what clunker deals they’d have.
