Lake Tahoe, Nevada, 1950s

Ah, here we are, a nice, unassuming little lodge straddling the California-Nevada state line on the shores of Lake Tahoe. Nothing unseemly here, just good clean family fun. For the late 1950s, a time when the Cal-Neva Lodge and Casino hosted plenty of big-name celebrities and socialites, the parking lot scene out front looks rather, well, normal for the times.
