LaCrosse, Wisconsin, 1960s

From the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse’s Campus News comes today’s carspotting exercise overlooking a parking lot somewhere on the UW-L campus in the 1960s. A little bit of satellite spying leads us to believe this might be Cowley Hall of Science in the background, but we’re not entirely sure; if it is, parking has apparently improved quite a bit around the area since then.
