Never have I considered wintertime to be a good time for a drive-in movie. I mean, isn’t the point of a drive-in to have a theatrical experience in the out-of-doors, under the stars, when it’s nice and warm out? How comfortable do you think the folks really are in this Dick Logan photo of the Boulevard Drive-In Theater – taken in either late 1954 or early early 1955, judging from the license plates – on the Kansas side of Kansas City? And what do you see here?
