Assembling a collection of nearly 60 cars is impressive, sure, but what sets apart the collection of mostly Fifties cars that Lenny Shiller assembled is where he decided to house it: in the Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn, packing the cars about as tight as sardines. Peter Crosby put together a short film on Lenny’s garage and got some of Lenny’s perspective on why he collects. (via)
