Hemmings Find of the Day – 1979 Chevrolet Camaro Z28

We’ve been seeing Seventies and Eighties cars in a new light in recent years, but what really helps change one’s perspective on those cars is seeing an example as clean and well kept as this 1979 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 for sale on Hemmings.com, not beat up and run down like we’re pretty much used to seeing by now. Besides its excellent condition, it also boasts the 350 V-8 and includes some original documentation, including the window sticker. From the seller’s description:

All factory original Z-28 White w/Red interior. The interior has been well cared for with no spills. The seats, carport and door panels, headliner are all remarkably well preserved. Windshield and all windows are in good shape, no cracks. This car was always parked in a garage. The AM radio has been replaced by a Sony CD/AM/FM Stereo. Under the hood is the factory 350 cu in. V-8, 4-barrel carburetor and a 3 speed automatic with dual exhaust. The non-functional hood scoop, the strips and the color matching sport wheels all factory.
