Given the pop-top and the camper fittings on the side, one would figure this 1971 Dodge B200 Tradesman for sale on Hemmings.com would feature more interior amenities – at least a sink, an electric converter, and some cabinets, maybe even a mini-fridge – but the lack of such equipment just means the van’s that much more open to customizing.
