Hemmings Find of the Day – 1956 Lone Star Meteor

The tailfins and chrome sensation that swept automobile design during the latter half of the 1950s made its way into several other types of consumer product, including fiberglass boats, as we see from this restored 1956 Lone Star Meteor for sale on Hemmings.com, finished in two-tone green and black and looking like the Lone Star management borrowed Virgil Exner from Chrysler to style it.
