Hemmings Find of the Day – 1952 Tatra T600

Restoring a Tatra of any sort can be a daunting task, and we salute the restorer of this 1952 Tatra T600 for sale on Hemmings.com for taking on the task, even if he wasn’t able to finish it. He made plenty of headway, completing most of the bodywork and the drivetrain rebuild. That’s not to say that finishing off the restoration will be a cakewalk, however, but perhaps this project will prove a little less daunting for the next owner. From the seller’s description:

Frame-off restoration started. Finished: engine, gearbox, brakes, new paint (dark green), new tires. Not finished: seats and upholstery, electrical wiring, windows, fenders (bent, need repair). Moving, unable to complete restoration.
