Hemmings Find of the Day – 1920 Ford Model TT snowmobile

Now that we’re finally clear of winter (or at least holding our breath that we don’t get walloped by a Nor’easter any time soon), let’s look forward to next winter, shall we? (So he says while ducking snowballs made from the leftover ice and slush still on the ground…) Y’gotta admit, though, that this 1920 Ford Model TT snowmobile conversion for sale on Hemmings.com could very well prove useful, especially if we get another winter like this past one. From the seller’s description:

My father purchased the TT Snowmobile in Speculator, New York, transported it to Old Town, Idaho, and restored it himself. As far as I am aware, he completely went through the drivetrain and reproduced the wood cargo bed. (There is a photo album which details the restoration process as well). She has been used rarely and has always been stored indoors.
Dad has passed and as the property is going to be sold, I am looking for someone that will appreciate and take care of the old girl, because although he had a number of antique vehicles, she was his pride and joy.
