Ahh, America. Where else in the world would we be free to be so politically incorrect as to build something like this dually-bed 1988 GMC TopKick for sale on Hemmings.com? From the seller’s description:

And, yes, it does appear that this was built by the same guy that built the 1984 GMC C7000 from a few years back.
