Something like this clean 1963 Ford Ranchero for sale on Hemmings.com, which would make for a great daily commuter. From the seller’s description:

Rare 260 V-8, automatic with power steering. Basically all original except for the addition of a tonneau cover and dual exhausts. This is a solid California truck that runs and drives very well. Needs some touch up on the paint but well worth doing to make it really nice. Interior is nice and chrome is very good.
