Dog show, 1950s

When we last visited the Photos from the 1950s Flickr stream, we found a photo from Maryland in the 1950s that Daniel, the owner of the photostream, told us was actually from a series depicting a dog show. Going through the stream we see another dog show photo with cars in it that appears to come from the same timeframe, but likely was not of the same event, given the different license plates on the cars and the springtime buds on the trees. So what do you see here?
