De-Pimp My Ride

I bought my ‘83 Pontiac winter beater a month ago, and I hated those heavy, rattly wire wheel hubcaps it came with.

I’m going to find a set of Rally IIs for the nicer weather, but while I was running a full set of snow tires, I thought I’d find a set of stainless steel Pontiac poverty caps.

A day’s searching netted me a set online, and Jerry (a blog reader) sent them to me last week. He took great photos, so I knew exactly what I was getting. $40 later, I’ve got something covering the wheels that don’t click and rattle every time the wheel rotates.
