Comment notifications enabled

Just a quick note to let you know that, in response to several requests for this feature, we’ve added comment notifications so you can get automatic alerts when somebody comments on a post in which you’ve already commented. Just check the box under the comments field that reads “Notify me of followup comments via e-mail.”

Also, we’ve added a Suggested Reading widget to the side of every blog page with the Hemmings editors’ recommendations for becoming a well-read gearhead. We’ll be adding more books to that list in the coming weeks, so stay tuned!

As for why there’s a photo of a boattail Riviera leading off this blog post, do we really need a reason to post a photo of a boattail Riviera?
