Most of C. William Brubaker’s photos of Chicago have been sidewalk shots, taken from a pedestrian’s perspective, but these two 1969 photos appear to come from a motorist’s perspective. Above, North Lake Shore Drive just south of the Oak Street Beach, and below, the railroad tracks that cross West 87th Street. What do you see here?
