Remember from when you were a kid those exercises where you point out the differences between two similar images? We’ve got one of those today, thanks to the Vermont Landscape Change program. Above and below are two September 1960 photos of the outlet store just north of Exit 1 on Interstate 91 in Vermont, which is still there today, some 65 55 years later. Perhaps they were taken before and after lunch, and these are the employees’ cars? Perhaps we’re actually looking at a hyper-detailed Michael Paul Smith model and he’s just moving cars around? Or perhaps there’s another explanation? What do you see here?
