Born in 1957? Lime Rock has a present for you

Published by Mike on

Lime Rock Park, the historic home of road racing in the Northeast, is turning 60 years old this year, and it’s the fans who are getting the presents. Specifically, those fans who are also turning 60 in 2017.

Anyone who was born in 1957 is entitled to a weekend ticket to his or her choice of this year’s events: the Pirelli World Challenge on Labor Day weekend, May 26-28; the IMSA WeatherTech Northeast Grand Prix, July 21-22; and the Historic Festival 35 on Labor Day weekend, September 1-4.

In addition to the free ticket, there’s a special present for anyone born on the first day of racing at Lime Rock, April 28, 1957: a pass for the race-day Mohegan Sun VIP Fan Hospitality experience.

To redeem your ticket, photograph or scan the proof of your birthday and email it to Lime Rock’s ticket manager, Meagan, at [email protected]. Note that you won’t be able to claim tickets at the gate the day of the race; arrangements must be made ahead of time.

We at Hemmings wish you, and Lime Rock Park, a happy 60th!
