Bobby’s Gas, 1969?

Where exactly this shot posted by moefuzz over on the H.A.M.B.’s Vintage shots from days gone by thread was taken, we don’t know. Perhaps the license plate spotters in the audience can come to our assistance and at least identify the state. As to when it was taken, we’d assume that any shot of cars clustered around gas pumps would have been from 1973 or so, but after a quick once-over, we don’t see any cars newer than 1968 or 1969 here. What do you see?
