Bennington, Vermont, 1972

We thought we had scoured the Vermont Landscape Change photo archive for Bennington-related photos, but we keep coming across new ones, like these two (above, poorly combined into one) from February 1972 showing the intersection of Hicks Avenue and Northside Drive and Barber Pontiac-Buick. Nowadays a CarQuest resides in the Barber building, and a McDonalds is in the lot in the foreground. Check out the full-size individual photos below. What do you see here?
