Ford Announces 1,964 Special Edition Mustangs to Be Built

Fifty years ago on April 17, 1964, Ford Motor Company launched an all-new ponycar that would become an American icon. There’s not a car guy, hot rod shop, or race track in North America that hasn’t been impacted by this feral steed from Dearborn, and to celebrate that legacy Ford will offer a 50th Anniversary Mustang package based on the all-new 2015 Ford Mustang GT fastback: the 50 Year Limited Edition 2015 Ford Mustang.
