1970 Dodge Charger R/T “Street Shaker” at SEMA 2013

Z Rods & Customs collaborates with Competition Fabrications on its first project
While touring the outside of the SEMA 2013 trade-show last week in Las Vegas, Nevada, we came across this beautiful 1970 Dodge Charger R/T that we just had to know more about. Built by Z Rods & Customs of Knox, Indiana, who collaborated with Competition Fabrications of Maple Park, Illinois, the project is known as “Street Shaker.” The car, in a twist of fate, was sold to fund the beginning of Z Rods & Customs, who then turned around and built this Charger as its first project. The now owner of the 1970 Dodge Charger, Dalton Davis, wanted a HEMI and the custom color – everything else was on the table for Z Rods to build however it saw fit. We were able to find all the details about the car, so keep reading to learn more.
