1955 Pontiac Chieftain – 421ci Time Capsule

Time capsules are collections of artifacts sealed away from present day, meant to educate the future about the capabilities and culture of the past. To preserve their integrity, they typically take the form of a sacrificial vessel that’s buried in a building or stashed out of sight to protect the contents from the influences of present day. Rarely do these capsules take the form of a ’55 Pontiac Chieftain hot rod—but when they do, we take notice.
